What this form does
A quote drawn up after the visit.
This form does not calculate any price. It tells us what you want to install, in which town and how far along you are, which is enough for us to call you back with the right questions. Your answers reach us by email. Until you send, the draft stays on your device, and you review everything before sending.
Every project is designed before it is installed. After this first conversation, we come to see the site to note the orientation, the supports, the actual dimensions and the constraints of the building. The quote then describes your project, dimensions and options included. When the project requires it, specialist design offices draw up the plans. We know no other way to give a fair price.
If you are still unsure, ask a question or request a call back, with no obligation. For a pergola, the configurator gives you a first idea of the model, dimensions and options before you write to us, and you attach your configuration to the request.

Do you visit homes to better understand our needs and our space?

Do you work with design offices to create bespoke solutions?
Yes. A project must be designed precisely to be functional and safe. So we work with specialist design offices, which bring their technical and creative expertise to the design of our bespoke solutions.
How is the work followed up after installation?
After installation, we follow up regularly to check that everything works properly and meets your expectations. We remain available to answer your questions and resolve any issues.
