Outdoor fit-out in Bastia

What changes in Bastia.

Black aluminium louvred pergola on a paved terrace above a harbour, wooden table and woven chairs, outdoor kitchen against a stone wall, colourful façades and a twin-towered church in the background, evening light.

  1. Small spaces

    Furnishing to the centimetre.

On a town balcony, every bit of space counts: a table that leaves room to pass, two armchairs that do not block the French window. We measure the walkway with you before talking about models.

For balcony shade, Jardinico recommends its Juno parasol, which tilts, on a Lucca half-base. On a wider terrace, a cantilever parasol leaves the table clear: the JCP.3 swivels on its pole without moving the base.

    See the Jardinico parasols

  2. The furniture

What stays outside, facing the sea.

Kettal furniture is made of aluminium, teak and durable fabrics, in modular collections: a lounge can be put together to fit a courtyard or a roof. For sling seats and cushions, Serge Ferrari highlights the resistance of its Batyline fabric to abrasion and UV.

Sea air and the libeccio wear down whatever stays outside. Jardinico asks for its parasols to be closed as soon as the wind picks up, and each parasol has its base, in granite, sandstone, concrete or steel: on an exposed roof, we choose it with you.

    See the Kettal furniture

  3. Access

Up the stairs, to the roof.

In the old town, staircases are narrow and the streets awkward for a lorry. A sofa has to be able to get up there. Access is part of what we look at during the technical visit, along with the measurements, the structure and the exposure.

A successful outdoor design brings shade and furniture together: a pergola, awnings, a sail or parasols, with the dining area or the lounge underneath. The configurator lets you design your terrace in 3D before the visit.

Your questions, our answers.

Do you do outdoor design in Bastia?

Yes. We design theoutdoor fit-out with you and our team installs it, in Bastia as everywhere in Corsica. Everything starts with a visit to your home.

Where can I buy high-end outdoor furniture in Bastia?

We offer Kettal furniture and Jardinicoparasols. We welcome you at the Porticcio showroom to talk it through, then we install them at your home. See also our page on outdoor furniture.

Which parasol for a balcony in Bastia?

For a balcony, Jardinico recommends its Juno parasol, which tilts, on a Lucca half-base. The manufacturer asks for its parasols to be closed as soon as the wind picks up: in Bastia, with the libeccio, that rule matters.

How do I fit out a roof terrace in Bastia?

Start with the shade, then the furniture. A pergola or a shade sail provides the shade; underneath, a lounge or a table. We look at the structure and the access on site.

How much does outdoor design cost in Bastia?

It depends on what it includes. We give the price on quotation, after the technical visit at your home.

How can I contact you to discuss my sun protection or outdoor design project?

Our team answers your questions and presents our services. You can reach us in three ways:

Why choose a bespoke outdoor fit-out?

With a bespoke outdoor fit-out, you use all of your space, to suit your needs and your style. Everything can be personalised. Your garden, terrace or patio becomes more beautiful and more practical, and it is made for you.

What types of outdoor fit-out do you offer?

We create wooden decks, pergolas, lounge areas, outdoor dining areas, bespoke planting and outdoor storage. Every project is tailored to your expectations.

How do I know if my outdoor space is suitable for a bespoke fit-out?

During a consultation, our experts assess your outdoor space: its size, its shape and how you want to use it. We then advise you on the most comfortable and practical layout.
